THRIVE is a community of people who desire to practice hospitality by connecting refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants, via e-crowdsourcing, with welcoming neighbors in the Pittsburgh community.

THRIVE's Steering Committee (some pictured here with volunteers) strives to assess and meet the changing needs of refugee and immigrant population in Pittsburgh. We welcome volunteers who wish to donate a few hours to shop, sort Wish List items, deliver household goods or furniture, volunteer for a Supper Club, transport a refugee to work or to the doctor, help with legal, financial, or tax matters, tutor English, and more! THRIVE delivers all in-kind donations personally to our clients. Your monetary and in-kind donations help us to provide whatever needs each particular family has. We ask them to complete a "Wish List" of both tangible items and what services they need. We strive to provide all requests with volunteer support.
